Born Dutch in Cambridge (UK) Olga Flor lived in France untill she moved to Eindhoven to study at Design Academy Eindhoven.

Experimental and observing, Olga finds inspiration in everything she sees, as it can be transformed or reveal new perspectives. Her work often deals with the close relationship we have with things, and habits in surroundings of our daily life. Drawing, sketching, scavenging and intuitive hands on work are ways for her to reach a certain expression, a vision or enhance a feeling of a space. She tries to understand and use existing situations by working through their potential of generating functions, absurdity, expressing worlds and atmospheres.
